Kate Bakes is based in Amery, Wisconsin, with fresh sourdough and baked goods available throughout the week at our bakery stand and select local markets and pop-ups. You can find Kate bakes goodies at Stone & Oak, where our weekly baking takes place in their commercial kitchen!

- Bakery Stand - Amery, Wi - Fridays 7:30AM-12PM

- Amery Farmers Market - Saturdays 9AM-1PM (May-October 10th)

BACKSTORY
Kate Bakes started when I was 17 with a love for baking and the simple idea of sharing something homemade with my community. What began with sweet treats quickly turned into sourdough, farmers markets, weekly bakery stands, and more than I ever imagined.Â

Sourdough became the heart of Kate Bakes because I loved the slow process, the creativity behind it, and how something so simple could bring people together. Over the years, this little business has allowed me to meet so many amazing customers, grow alongside my community, and turn a passion into something I get to build every day.

As the business continues to grow through local markets, partnerships, and the future Kate Bakes Mobile Cafe, my hope is to keep faith, community, and quality at the center of everything I do.
